Will past JT brides please post a pic of their JT cake (preferably with a person beside it for size reference) and your guest headcount? I saw a couple of cakes here that seemed kind of small, and didn't have the visual impact that I was looking for. Certainly the size of the cake will scale up with headcount...I am having a 200 guest wedding...so avg size I guess.
Thanks!!

Re: Please post Jericho cake pics and headcount
I tried searching Jericho Terrace cakes in the search function but it's hard to tell cakes without a person for size reference and without knowing how big their guest list was.
Do you guys know how many tiers are standard?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Please post Jericho cake pics and headcount
I called Dortoni one day (the bakery that JT uses) because I was wondering how large the bottom layer is because I want to get a cake stand but in any case, they said for about 150-160 people it would be 3 tiers, I dont know if 200 ppl would make it 4 tiers though. I guess Im no help since I dont know the total height but anyway thought I would try to help anyway

Re: Please post Jericho cake pics and headcount
well i got married at JT but didnt get cake through them, i got it from outside vendor. However, I had 275 guests and had a 6 tier cake. 5 tiers will be fine, even 4 will be fine, they can make each tier bigger

We had 150 p and it was more than enough cake, with four big layers. See my wedding pics in my profile for some cake pics
