Baskets - I used black silver and gold shoes and bags
Labels - made by Pippy's Sweets (I put the sizes on the back myself)
Word of advice, if you want to keep people from taking more than one pair, AND THEY DO THIS, have a member of your waitstaff walk around with the basket. We did this.

I don't have a pic of mine....but i just had each pair tied together with tool (and the size card hole punched and attatched to the tool) SO easy and SO much cheaper (got the tool by the yard at walmart!) than getting bags!

Why chinese slippers?
people make a basket of slippers so at the wedding the girl guests have to option to take off their shoes and have 'slippers'.....it's always a hit!
