Please post pics of your ivory wedding dresses.

A few of us (at work) were talking about ivory vs. white and I said that unless you put the two next to each other it really is not that big of a difference. Of course, this started after I told someone I was wearing ivory not white.

MIne was ivory, but I don't think it looked particularly ivory. In fact, I bought Ivory shoes and they were a little too dark. I don't think it's really noticable, unless you're standing next to someone who is wearing white.

My SIL made sure my brother ordered an ivory shirt with his tux for his wedding because her dress was ivory and someone told her that if she stood next to him, her dress would look dirty. We just got our pics and DH was wearing a white shirt--I don't think I looked dirty

Mine was ivory...it looked better than white on me, and went better with my fall theme

Here are pictures of my ivory dress:





My husband wore an ivory shirt and my MIL had a white outfit (slight shade difference but not really noticeable unless you are looking for it):



My father has a white tuxedo shirt (again slight shade difference but not really noticeable unless you are looking for it):





In lower lighting, I liked the richness of the ivory (see my slip which is white in comparison):
