Those are cute shoes! I have a pair of black Ann Marino dress shoes I got for an anniversary party that are so pretty and really comfortable. Anyway, can I ask--is dyeing shoes a good option for long-term wear? Does the color run or wear off? I ask this because I saw a great pair of Fenaroli ballet slippers on eBay that for almost no money that I'd love to buy and dye for regular wear. They're too flat for wedding shoes--I want a little bit of a heel at least, because you walk differently in a heel, right?--but they're great, very expensive shoes for $30 and it would totally be worth it to buy them and dye them any color, red, black, navy, whatever. I don't want to bother though if they're going to leak dye onto my white jeans in warm weather.

trying to decide on shoes still....these are my 3 options, help!!
1.) in Silver just like the picture--goes with detailing in my dress
2.) in Ivory--matches my pearl fabric
3.) in a regular heel with a back not a mule -- from a friend who purchased them at a Vera Wang sample sale and never wore them! and they are dyed just the right too!
