hey, sorry i didn't see your post until just now...
i originally went with vera wang but then when i was just shopping at macy's one day i spotted the waterford and FELL in love with it b/c it was a little more traditional and classic than the vera...
they have it at fortunoff and macy's though-- just ask for the padova by waterford. i put it together with the padova flatware and vera wang 'duchess' stemware and shoppers who were just walking by kept saying how beautiful the set-up looked!! fh and i are so excited to set our dining room table with it all once we get it!!
if you go to macys.com and type waterford padova into a search you can see all they have but it's BEST in person--prepare to fall in love all over again when you see it in person!!

Cameo Platinum by Mikasa
I actually found a 92 piece set on sale at the outlet for only $599. I said MOM HURRY GO GET MY CHINA! I felt like Bridezilla that day

We also got the accent plates for 30% off which are beautiful.

I got all of my china from my grandma - Lenox Solitaire. It's over 40 years old and in perfect condition. All I registered for were some new accent plates.
