we are making ours and sending them as postcards. on the front we wil have a poem and a small b/w pic of us. my practice ones came out really cute!

okay, i posted my std card, but it is under my edited post above. i was having issues. tg my fh is computer savvy. he scaled it down to size cause it was as big as my screen.

its too late to send them. You usually send them a year before your wedding.

Here is a link to our STD's .. I cannot paste the pic. We made them ourselves, though I cannot take credit -- FH did them entirely!!

Yes they are. You stratch off the silver on the plate and the wedding date is under it. It made a big hit with the family everyone had a comment about it. I was actually planning on making them myself but with pressure from my mom and FMIL to get them out it was just easier for me to go out and buy them. I think they ended up costing me $175 for 125 of them. I actually ended up getting like 135-140 of them in the box when I picked them up.

I made our STD magnets online at www.VistaPrint.com They cost me less then 0.70 ea including shipping.

Too bad it is too soon to send them out. (I ordered them early to make sure I liked them)
