Please pray for my sister...UPDATE

My sister just found out she has a blood clot in her leg and is being admitted right now. I can't leave work to be with her I feel sooo bad.
Please say a prayer for her.

***UPDATE***

I spent a few hours with her at the hospital yesterday. She was finally put into a room and is out of the ER. They are unsure how long she will be there because the slot is sitting mid thigh and causing major blockage straight down to her ankle. She is scared and bored...and who wants to be in the hosipal ya know? Once I hear more today I will update again.

Thankfully she's in a room now..but hospital's are no fun...many hugs for her . hopefully she won't be in too long and they can resolve everything. She'll cont. to be in my prayers.

How did they notice she had a clot? Just a routine exam?

She had surgery on 7/11 and they thought it was due to that but it seems as if it was due to being over 35 and on birth control. They said that the clot is too big to have been 'created' after the surgery.

Glad shes out of the ER & in a room. My mom had a blood clot in the back of her knee and the put some type of screen in her groin area to prevent it from moving to her heart and lungs did they mention anything about doing something like that? It took a lot of stress off my mom & us cause they said it cant pass through that thing.
