Please Proof my Invite

I can't believe I am up to ordering!

I don't have to give my final head count until the end of august, but my room block is up 8/2. Think 7/28 is enough time to call the stragglers? I plan on sending out my invites the last week of june, so that's 4 weeks to RSVP. Is that enough time?

What about this section. What needs to be CAPS? Does the 't' in third need to be?

Four weeks should be enough time for them to respond, but you'll still have some stragglers!

It looks good, I just noticed 2 things.
1) Where it says 'Mr. And Mrs. Paul Emile XXXX', the 'and' should have a lower case 'a'

2) 'Reception immediate following' should be 'immediately'

do not capitalize the And between Mr. and Mrs.

I agree, write out New York.

Also, on your RSVP cards, be aware that they may not write in a number but put a check mark instead. To avoid that, we put:

It's not as nice and formal, but we did have a lot of 'singles' that were originally invited with guests, so we were glad.
