i'd also say ' half past three' and 'half past six' rather than three thirty and six thirty.

two thousand eleven is correct as written originally. the 'and' represents a decimal in mathematical terms.

two thousand eleven is correct. When you add the 'and' it means a decimal point. I only know this because I originally put an 'and' and everyone quickly ripped me apart and corrected it. haha. but def no 'and'

It should read: half past three o'clock in the afternoon. Hope that helps :). Also, as your parents are hosting, and you have the same last name, generally,your last name does not appear. It should be just your first and middle.
