at first glance it looks good, i would move 'in a ...' to the second line, i think it makes a better line break
also, i'd consider adding a comma after proscuitto for your entree

Mushroom marsala wine sauce is redundant, as marsala is a wine, and the sauce itself almost always involves mushrooms. I would just say marsala, but I'd put in marsala sauce if it made the line a better balance.
