It all sounds Ok, but I think if your sending these invites to people you know, especially family, they will already know the part of (passed away 8 years ago). I think just blessings from above sounds nice.

Don't think you need the zip code...include it only if guests need to mail something to that address.

The wording is beautiful. I would recommend writting out the numbers as it looks a little more elegant. You seemed to be having a very elegant, beautiful affair.
