WOW I would be pi ssed off because now you have to go ALL THE WAY back there! Do you have the receipt? I would go there and ask why she cant order the shoes for you. She should have it sent to your house for free after making you go back and forth.

OR I would just get your money back and take your business elsewhere.... ewwww that is gross that someone else wore the shoes- shows how careless that store is.

I know...i wish they were a little more accommodating. They are even like a little ripped around the edge of the toe...I am so mad at myself for not seeing it while I was in the store!

Definitely try to get a refund. Get your manolos at Saks or Barneys...I know for a fact Saks has a great return policy (FH bought a pair of Gucci shoes and after 3 monthe the soles were falling apart-since he had his receipt he was able to exchange for a different pair).
Otherwise a store credit will work too. Ugh what a pain!!! At least your wedding isn't until next summer and you're not in a rush.

And going forward, ALWAYS fully inspect when you make a big money purchase. When you're spending that kind of money there shouldn't even be the tiniest scratch.
