I know Joanns has a lot of iron ons and patches. You can try Michaels, too!

you can design your own and get the iron ons you print on your printer then put on the shirt at BJs

here is a company that makes patches. We use them for our Girl Scout patches. Im not sure if this is what you are looking for!!
