This might seem really obvious, but have you checked the better business bureau website? I think I saw something on their about reporting a business, but I could be wrong.

Is it a wedding vendor?

I did this once for a web vendor--I wrote a letter and mailed it to the BBB. I quickly received a response and $ reimbursement!

Make sure you include ANY and ALL information - copies of cashed checks, list of dates and times you spoke to vendor, etc, etc .... anything you can provide will make it easier for them to process

Please Ladies DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered my place card frames from another website last year. Well when I fianlly started doing them about 3 weeks ago, I ran out. The website I originally ordered form no longer carried them. I searched them and found foreverwed carried them. I paid for express mail, 2 and a half weeks later, 3 phone calls later, NOTHING. Now I am 8 days away, yesterday I finally call AGAIN(by the way the other 3 times I called never did I speakto a person) I always had to leave a message. This time I call and leave a message to cancel the order and inform them that I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Today I conviently get e-mail saying this the the 3rd e-mail that they have tried to contact me. Yeah, OK How come all of a sudden I get this e-mail, but no others. I wrote them asking you knew when my wedding date was, any other reputable business would have tried to CALL me!!!! I am so mad right now, I HAVE to report them. They must be getting nervous now, because they just called my cell phone

I am going to check the website

I need there address in order to report, it's not listed on the website, I can't call them. What should I do?????

It seems that they are mainly an internet business. As long as you have their trademark name and the website address, you can report them.

I agree. I ordered some items from them that never came. They had horrible customer service. I had a hard time getting my money back. I also complained to the BBB about them.

I just finished filing my complaint. I will keep you posted and letter you all know how it turns out!

I am so heated

Everything is going wrong I have 8 days, UPS lost my Tiffany order, gifts for the GM. I had to pay extra to re-order with Tiffany. UPS gives 8 days for the investigation, so there's nothing I can do, but pay AGAIN.

I want it to be over!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to be on the beach in Aruba with my FH
