We used Invitations and Beyond. They had a huge selection and were really easy to work with. They are located in Oceanside.

I went to Lion in the Sun in Park Slope (7th Avenue) Brooklyn. They were great, helpful, had tons of choices, great prices (beat the online prices for the same invites), and very quick. I highly recommend them if you're around Brooklyn at all.

I used a letterpress designer I found on Etsy. His seller name is TheSmallPrinter (or SmallPrinter, I forget). He is AWESOME and very affordable (well, as affordable as letterpress goes....)
