Please Recommend

Somewhere to have a ring engraved. Nassau or Western Suffolk are fine.

Also, does anyone know if titanium can be engraved? FH fell in love with this titanium ring on a cruise and we bought it later to learn that it can't be resized and he's lost weight and I'm not even sure if it can be engraved.
