Thank you! I live in Brooklyn, but will go to LI for a good place. I've heard raves about Georgettes and Mary's, both are an hour away from me -- are they worth the trip? I'd have to rush around, I have sooo incredibly much to do! I was a dumbazz and left sooo many things for the last minute and am freaking out!

Go to Magic Corsets on Austin St. and I know they mentioned they have a store in Brooklyn too. Maybe you can call them. I don't have there buisness card anymore. Also I know Nordstroms carries them.

I don't know if you mind coming to Queens but they have a store on Jamaica Ave and Merrick Blvd called Terminal Lingerie that I found to be great. I have a larger bust than usual for my size couldn't find a corset anywhere to fit my waist. They took one that came close and tailored it to fit me perfectly. Here is the site

There is another one in Plainview called Mary Costeires (spelt wrong) It's on plainview rd I believe. Just be prepared to wait. It's usually very busy.

I went to Georgettes and wasn't very happy. I ended up buying everything there but have to return it. They fitted my sister and I a whole size too big.

I'm getting married in 2 days!!!!!! I did get my bra, it I bought it at Olgas in brooklyn and they were wonderful. They had a bigger selection, and altered the bra a bit in 5 minutes. Lisa helped me, she was wonderful! I can't believe this post was right here just now -- I need to do laundry and pack. But was just checking in.
