Please recommend your bridal shop

Can you girls let me know where you went shopping for your gown and if there are any places I should stay away from.

I went to: David's, Lillette's, Helen's Bridal, RK Bridal and the Wedding Plaza. I actually had good experiences at all of them but ended up getting mine at the Wedding Plaza in Floral Park - they were really nice there!

I only went to the Wedding Salon of Manhasset and had the greatest experience. They are so nice and helpful there. I was terrified to go gown shopping because I have heard a few horror stories about a few bridal shops. I have nothing but amazing things to say so far about the Wedding Salon!

I second the Wedding Salon of Manhasset. They are great there, so helpful and very very nice. I even went back and got my veil and tiara there, I love going there, they're always so great with me.

macys manhasset, lillettes, davids bridal, wedding plaza, bridal reflections... i had a good experience with all BUT bridal reflections.. and ended up getting my dress at macys :)

i liked adrienne's and bay shore bridal for a nice selection of samples, tho the customer service is questionable at the latter two.

I went to Village Bridal and Boutique in Babylon Village. I priced my bridesmaid dresses at RK, Lillettes & Bridal Reflections, but they all seemed to be over priced by almost $125 dollars. So I went to Village Bridal and Boutique and I am so glad I did. I also bought my wedding dress there as well. They are so so nice and helpful in that place.

Paradise Bridals in patchogue.. amazing experience. my sister is getting her dress, her tuxes, her MOB/MOG dresses, and her limos!!! i'm getting everything there too, including my BM dresses.
