If ur in the bklyn area or willing to travel then I highly recommend using my girl (great friend of the families) Donna. She's in bay ridge. She does take a lil long but u'll be amazed with her work. She does hair and make up. She's done those popular beauty pagents. Few girls were her clients. Also she has amazing before and after pics.
