La Quinta did - but you had to block a certain number of rooms and it only covered one trip. If I remember correctly, you had to book 15 rooms and you got ONE 15 person van to make one trip. Say you booked 15 rooms, that one van wouldn't even fit all the people. Every trip it had to make thereafter was $100 or something. I wound up booking the Holiday Inn b/c it had the separate bar area and since we're an afternoon wedding - the after party is there. They don't offer a shuttle though, so our limo company is giving us a limo to shuttle the guests back and forth to the hotel after the wedding. There's another hotel in the area, but we went there twice and both times the event manager wasn't available, so we gave up on them! I think it was a Hampton or something, it was right off Old Country Road....HTH.

There is a Hilton Garden Inn or something also that is close by.

Fh and I are spending the night at the Garden City Hotel so we blocked rooms for guests as well..Mostly just our bridal party is staying though since most out of towners are staying with family. It may be a bit pricier but I couldnt resist because its gorgeous and the peopel have been great. Just got my confirmation call today and they extended my booking date for late comers and are right on top of things!

Do you have to pay for the after party or are you just taking over the bar? I have an afternoon wedding also. :)

You can just block the space I think - they give you the option if you want to pay for open bar and food and stuff. We're just gonna order some munchie bar food types for later on in case people get hungry.
