We only know a few people that have bought a house on LI and most of them are you! Could you please recommend your realtor? We are looking in Suffolk County, anywhere from rte 111 to Manorville (from N Shore to S Shore). TIA!!!

We used Prudential Douglas Elliman and didn't have any problems. We were looking in Babylon so we found Angela Charrone to be our RE agent out there, altho we ended up buying in Ronkonkoma. She was great tho, def recommend!!
The seller's RE agent is in their Ronkonkoma office, her name is Dorothy Alfano. She was also good to work with.

In the same building where I office rent space: Lake Hills Realty, 258 Hawkins Ave, Ronkonkoma. I don't have their # handy. They are a small office but do a lot of local business and they have been in that location forever.

Us We got our house For Sale By Owner and we saved a ton of money! However when we were shopping around with a realtor, we were using Prudential.

I used Arleen Lopado at Bon Anno in Massapequa and she was great. Very aggressive!

We used Maureen Wostonoff (sp?) from Coldwell Banker. Honestly, I am not even sure if that is her last name cause it is so strange...but they called her Maureen W in the office. She was aweomse! She bent over backwards for us until we found our house. She is located on 112

I used the same office but we worked with Rob ....we bought a house in lake grove village
