We are going to Bali for our honeymoon too!!! but have not seen a travel agent yet.
I will say that i would TOTALLY recommend that you buy a Lonely Planet guidebook. I traveled a lot around SE Asia when i was abroad in college and they are the absolute best guidebooks in my opinion
