Is it bad that I am putting name on my GL (out of respect for family) but really hoping they say no?
Am I the only one who has a column on their GL labeled 'probably a NO' LOL

haha no way I totally have people on my guest list like that too! I think everyone has those people you really don't want to invite but just kind of have to

Example:
My mom has two first cousin (sisters) and they both have chilren. One of the sisters has 3 daugthers and the other 2 sons. I am close to the one with the two sons and i would want them at my wedding but the one with the 3 daugthers? I have no clue what they even look like but they are holding 6 seats at my wedding? Really? They better say NO LOL

No I have at least 6 people who I am putting on the list because I know I should be that I am hoping that say no!
And of course I hope a check is included in all of them! Ha ha a girl can wish!

FH has a ton of people that FMIL is inviting that he hopes dont come. I really hope all of my friends and family can make it, but as for his side, eh.

I am hoping for the same thing. I need to cut people but cant. I do know a few people on the list will say no casue of healt reasons and maybe some religious reasons wont drive on a saturday and I am having a day time wedding. I even had a freind tell me dont bother sending one unless i have extra since he already told me he is a no when i aske for his current address

oo yea i think everyone had those few people they HAVE to invite but deep down inside you are hoping they say no.

You're not alone. I have the same thing! I have 2 sets of aunt/uncles that I have to invite just because, but they live in Florida and we don't think there's a chance theyll come. When my cousin got married IN FLORIDA, they didn't even show to that, LOL

Yea i actually cant stand my aunt (moms sister) and her son (my cousin) but its my MOH's mom so i have to invite her. I'm hoping the out of state obstacle makes her a no.
I don't actually have a 'please say no' column but I have them color coded in red lol

haaaa.
we def put *'s next to the people we think/ hope won't come.
AND we ranked our 'B' list, so we can send out invited to people we really like once some of our families rsvp back no!
