please send prayers... made an offer on a co-op today

We had a pretty busy weekend... we began our registry at BB&B & we put down an offer on a co-op. It's perfect for us.. it's right near a bus to the city and only 5-8 min away from the lirr. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room.

There was another offer made as well.. please cross your fingers for us that they accept our offer or the other guy rescinds his offer :)
