When favors are packaged like this- do they still have to be wrapped? TIA

I agree with this!!
it doesnt have to be WRAPPED like all covered, but it doesnt have any ribbon or tag on it, which i think is necessary especially if its not wrapped

This is what I did with my favors. They were too cute to totally wrap but I thought they needed a little something. Just don't cover the saying, it's cute.
