Please Share...

What places are you going for your honeymoons? Hotel or Resort? We were thinking Hawaii but maybe Italy... hurricane season so I guess Carribean is out... planning on registering for the honeymoon so we need to decide soon

If you want Caribbean, Aruba is typically safe and out of the hurricane belt.

We are going to Royal Hideaway in Playa del Carmen, Mexico...but there's a HM thread...I'll try to bump it. We booked through Hayley at Beach Bum Vacation and highly recommend!

Hawaii is awesome!!!!

FH and I went there in August of 2003 and had an amazing time...we would love to go back someday.

Our wedding is around the same time as yours, so we too have the hurricane season problem.

We were going to go to Australia or Greece, but the temperatures in those areas are still pretty low in September.

We are now planning to go to Tahiti and are super excited about it!

We are going to Italy. Probably doing a tour, not sure which one yet because it is so hard to narrow down where we want to go! I have been to Italy once before by FH hasnt...so I want him to see it all! Good luck, I am sure wherever you decide you will love, Hawaii is a sure thing too!

we are going to our timeshare in aruba cause its convenient and cheap

we also go to cancun every year and have a blast there...lots to do beside the clubbing reputation it has

We are going to Disney World, but if you want some place farther away from the hurricanes, try Paris. I stayed at the Soffitel Rive Gauche and it was wonderful! I love Paris, it is a totally romantic city.

We are planning on going to Sandals in St. Lucia but we are out of the hurricane season

ETA I went to Hawaii when I was in highschool and it was beautiful-I went to Oahu and Maui and both were gorgeous-I definately would consider Hawaii!!

Tracey - not sure when you're going on your HM, but hurricane season is from June until November...but Sandal's has a hurricane guarantee so you should be OK.
