OOT hotel accomodations! I am going to be making inserts for my STD's soon and I need some ideas to get me started.

the hotel that you book for your guests should provide you with direction cards to insert into the std. otherwise you can put it into your invitation.

I just put the info on our website, but here's what I wrote after including some general information about the hotel and its recent renovation:

For the convenience of our many out of town guests, we have reserved 20 rooms at a group discount rate of $XXX per night, applicable on both Friday and Saturday nights. This rate is good until June 30, 2005--30 days prior to the wedding.

To take advantage of the group discount, please tell the hotel that you are with the X/Y wedding or reference our 'block code' which is XXX.
