Stupid question but sre they going to be too hot for the guest to carry to the table?

I am making them- the ones in the picture enclosed were done by SusanS on this board. They won't be too hot because I am using tea light candles, which will allow for the tops to remain cooler. They will be warm, but not so hot that the guests can't carry them . . .

I'm having a beach themed wedding. I'm using little picture frames, they match my favors pretty well. Here are pics of both:

I am TRYING to make these right now!!! It is very difficult to center the numbers and the names to make it look right...

Still trying! If anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it.

ok, we just made these last night!!! they came out really nice but boy were they alot of work!!!!! my mom, dad and i were up til 1:30 doing them!!!!
i'm glad we did though

Ive spent hours on that place card. I hope to perfect it this summer, slowly but surely!!

Im about convinced I will do these too! I think cost wise( dont know about you ladies who already have) I can do them for under a $100...the votive holders, about $50 ( with shipping) then just the votives (cheap...$10-$15) and vellum and ink for printer if needed and ribbon right?


Did you all print the vellum on your computer yourself? Was that hard?

-ribbon 5 spools $3.00 (s/h)
Total cost for 72 ( one per couple) $46.16 plus s/h
