OK....my wedding was on Sunday and a 'so-called' close friend of mine (who was in the bp then backed out) wore the top of her wedding dress to the wedding and purposly came up to me and said ' Did you notice I'm wearing the top of my wedding dress' and laughed
is that bizzare?? Everyone knew what she was wearing - that is how obvious it was - what are your thoughts about this?

I'm gonna sound repetitive but that IS really strange, even for a whack job!!! She should have some common courtesy to you as the bride and not go around flaunting her ridiculous outfit!! As if!!!

That is so weird..........call her up and tell her that you are glad she wore her wedding dress again because her dress wasn't something that was worth preserving anyway!!!

That is strange, especially to wear it to a wedding. If she was crafty and made EVERYTHING for her wedding herself, and prided herself on saving money (I have friends like that), then I could see how she could be proud of her work. But, to wear that to another wedding is totally odd. Kind of like she was trying to make a statement, but I don't know what.

i don't remember taking any pictures w/ her. Maybe someone at her table took a picture of her - i have to find out. I should of had someone spill a glass of red wine on her i'm terrible

i just think its inappropraite because the bridesmaids all matching signifies how they are all special to the bride....and her backing out of the bridal party and still matching them is what really isnt right...and then to say soemthing...dot worry..you still looked better....lets see pics!

she backed out because she said she couldn't afford it... even thought I told her that it was more important for her to be a part of it then not to b.c of money and we would work it out. Keep in mind she just got married herself and I was in her bp and spent a fortune on her...(not to mention she was a complete bridezilla) then when it's time to give back she flakes. She even turned down doing a reading or anything in church...she's just a one sided friend and at this point in my life i have no patience for people like that....AND then to show up in the top of your own wedding gown Pleaasssseeee grow up and stop thinking the world revolves around u
