please tell me im not alone....

im just a tad bit upset at FH....
i have wanted to go to the zoo for 2 years now... some stupid once in a blue all star baseball thing is at the javits center in 2 weeks... 1 2 3 he wants to go to the city at 9am on a sat to see baseball CRA P and w t f happened to me and my animals?!

i get teh zoo will always be there and this is once in a blue.. but im just upset that FH wont 'plan' somethign i wanted to do and 1 2 3 plans a trip for him

am i alone? or do u also find urself doing things you want to do bc u plan it and not bc fh decides to plan it for you....

*mind u thats how i KNEW i was gonna get engaged... HE PLANNED A TRIP TO THE CITY FOR ME!!!*

I love the zoo. I had one of my best first dates ever at the bronx zoo.

I make the plans and tell FH this is what we are doing...that's all. Stop asking. Make the plans and go. Tell him you are going on ___ at ___ . The zoo is open from __ to __ so I want to be there by___. I was married over 10 yrs once before. For years, we spent our anniversaries seeing Woody Allen movies Finally I said enough! I made plans to go to Fire Island and that was the end of the yearly horrible movie night out for our anniversary. Sometimes they are clueless and you need to let them in. Asking isn't always the answer. This comes with years of marriage-trust me. I wanted to go away with our kids but ex didn't want to. Finally I said I am booking a flight to Fla-will it be 3 or 4? Please make plans to go with friends if he won't go otherwise set a date with him and go. Have a great time.

deb ill go with you!! i havent been there in sooooooo long maybe i can get kelly to go too !!! or maybe we can just got to her house and watch Jeremy and the boys play.....its kinda like being at the zoo!! and we can feed them!!!!!!!

im so with you... if i dont plan it we dont do it!!!!!! its so annoying. i say plan the zoo then tell him he has no choice! i love doing that!
