PLEASE tell me this is normal!!!!

I just found out today that my best freind (former MOH) was just admitted to the hospital for pains. She is 4 months preg. and had severe cramping pains and her husband rushed her to windthrop. She had such a hard time conceiving and needed a fert. specialist. I am so sad and want the best for her and her baby. Please send hugs, prayer, well wishes and info!!!!!

Hopefully she is just dehydrated and once they give her fluids she will be fine

This is not normal, but it doesn't mean it is bad either. She may need fluids.

I had SEVERE pains right around 4.5 months. Probably bad enough to go to the ER, but I headed for my dr. instead. They couldn't find anything, and still don't know what it was. I do know that water helped CONSIDERABLY over a few days. It's so scary though. Please let us know how it goes.

I had something similiar, along with bleeding at about 19 weeks. It turned out to be a UTI.

I still havent' heard from her which isn't normal. My friend who is student teaching in her building told me that she has had a sub in her room all week. I am so nervous and have the feeling that something is majorly wrong. I am just keeping my fingers crossed that all's well. Please keep prayers/good thoughts for her and her little one!!!
