I feel like I have to add something or the masses will go hungry!

I personally like the either of the beef ones the best, but I think turkey is the most universal.

I never really eat from the carving stations, but I would pick the roast beef, but only if you are NOT having prime rib served bc it is basically the same thing

G - we are choosing the turkey but only 'cause Thanksgiving is my favorite meal!! Hey, it's my wedding - I can be selfish!!

I think it depends on what meats you are serving during dinner...are there any other meats during the cocktail hour?

We haven't picked out the passed hors d'oeuvres yet, but it will probably include:

sesame chicken filets
swedish meatballs
bacon wrapped scallops

then spring rolls, quiche, crab cakes, etc.

It should depend on the meat dish you are serving as an entree. If you are serving beef - then i'd go with turkey. This way those who don't eat beed will at least have had turkey (well - the non-vegetarian people anyway)

Doesn't turkey make people tired though? I mean, that's not a myth, there really is something in there that does that.

I would pick the Turkey, but that is because I don't eat red meat or pork.

I would vote for the turkey or ham, since you will probably have beef elsewhere in your menu....

i hate turkey at a wedding- i always eat chicken & turkey at home- for a special occassion I go for the red meat- I said the tenderloin- something special that people won't have everyday.;
