I'm in the same boat as you! I HATE my arms! I went out and bought 5 lbs weights. When I'm sitting watching tv I break out the weights and I do 3 reaps of 10 in different excercises to tone my arms. I just started so I haven't seen any improvement but I'm HOPING it works!
The 30 day shred has very good excercises to tone your arms. The are very hard but it works...

I LOVE MY ARMS!!! They've were always toned through HS and college b/c I did cheerleading and was a backspot so I did alot of lifting with my arms..
Since then, I've had to work them out on my own, but I still love them. I usually do machines at the gym. I make sure I work out ALL of my arm AND back muscles. Usually the machine will tell you which muscle you're working out. So mix it up!
Also, I have 8 lb free weights that I use when I cant work out my arms at the gym. try this website for some info on excercises.
Good luck!!

Definitely buy some weights and do exercises. I also started the 30 day shred and push myself doing it. I feel it too.

Hold 3lb weights and do punches. Do straight punches, crossovers, uppercuts all holding the 3lb weights. You will get ripped I promise!

Free weights can become your best friend. Biceps, triceps, shoulders.

And dips.....those are killer but work wonders

My arms had no definition. Then I started weight training, and now I love my arms. Just stick with it. It took a few months before I noticed any difference. But when you do, it totally pays off.

I started weight training too. I focus on the arms twice a week. One day is shoulder and triceps, then a few days later the chest and biceps. It has been working and I am loving the results. I have also been having protein shakes between meals. Hope this helps you :) Always Stretch before and after your work outs.

I am currently taking classes at physique 57 and I have seen a difference in my arms (and everywhere else!). The class starts out with a 5 minute arm routine using 5 lbs and 3 lbs weights.

you can to tricep dips by sitting on the floor with your feet on the couch this has worked and once you build up you can make it harder by raising one foot off the couch. and tricep pushups work wonders!

Dips are evil! But they work and the results are pretty much instantly noticeable!
Tracy Anderson has an INSANE arm routine - only using 3 lb weights and nothing - seriously, it KILLS and I def noticed toning up right away. Now I just need the time to do it!
PS - there's a webisode on Tracy's website for arms.

Push ups in my opinion are the best overall workout for arms. It'll even get your chest and shoulders and abs too if you do it right.
If you can I would do 3 sets of 10 and then move up to 3 sets of 15.
