PLIS.. Give Me reason Why I should go...

AT 5:00 to the GYM???

I am so down now... and stress as u know...
I know I need to get my ASSS to teh Gym...
ESPECIALLY SINCE I WILL START TO TRY ON DRESSES... and My first appointment is on 10/10/10

Expecially since my first Dress Fitting is on 10/10/10

Your first dress fitting on 10/10 should be enough of a reason!! Get your butt there! Ok HTH - good luck now!!

because working out lets you ZONE out.

Its like the best thing EVER- the last two LONG term relationships I had that were TERRIBLE, at the end, when I was getting fed up and was down in the dumps all the time, I would run every single day. it clears your mind. and plus, its always hard to GET YOURSELF to the gym...but the walk out of the gym, is the BEST. You always feel SO good for having gone.

because a good work out releases endorphines which should help put you in a better mood....

(this coming from the person who can't even get her butt on the treadmill in her own basement! LOL!)

they gym reduces stress ... youll feel great after! and wont feel guilty if you have a little extra helping of dinner! go go go! i did an hour today of exercise and really didnt want to ... but feel great that i did!

I LOVE ROY ROGERS!!!

When me and my FH go on road trips (which we do OFTEN) even if I have JUST eaten a LARGE and FILLING meal, when we see Roy Rogers in a rest stop, we ALWAYS stop.

The only one on LI is sooo far away from me...me and my niece love to plan nights to take a drive out to 'The Rog' as we call it...

when you said dress fitting it seemed like you were getting the dress you already ordered fitting...lol...i was confused too!

Oooooh it's not a fitting then, you're trying on. Fitting is when you already bought and they have your dress in and are making sure it fits you perfectly. You are going dress shopping........right?

when you said dress fitting it seemed like you were getting the dress you already ordered fitting...lol...i was confused too!

yeah, a fitting is done like 6 weeks before the wedding and then again week of to make sure it fits perfectly if you gain or prob lose weight and they can take it in, etc

if you're going to just look it doesnt matter your size/weight bc they will be samples anyway...so i say SKIP the gym
