pls help me come up w/some questions for my bm

we just confirmed the ceremony time at our church and will be meeting w/our bm nxt tuesday ... havent been to our rh since we booked in June!!!! cnat wait to see all the xmas decor!!!

Anyway...so far I got these questions to ask...

- planning on starting CH at 6 pm - will there be anything available for early arrivals?
- what is the earliest ppl can arrive?
- how many tables for 200 ppl...(i nvr asked this before!! so no idea how many cps i will need)
- ice sculptures (i know we're getting 2 but need to know if they can be customized)
- tipping...i'm very confused w/tipping...do we also need to tip the valet guys?
- overtime..need to discuss the details, guess we can go further into this as we get closer


any other ideas ladies? thx!

You do not need to tip valet guys- your guest will
They will tell you tip Md -$1-3 pp, bridal att. $50-100
As for overtime make sure it is written in your contract how much they will charge and if you u know now that you want extra time it is always cheaper if they know a head of time same thing with the DJ!
For your Ice they should be abel to do anything! Def ask how many tabels you get and how many guest can fit at a tabel!!
