PMS...

Urgh, hate this time of the month...I get headaches which drive me nuts. About a week before my period I get a few, then the first few days of my period.

I used to get cramps, now I really don't anymore. I swear I'd rather get cramps than headaches though.

What symptoms do you get?

Really bad headaches.

And I want to break my diet with anything in sight.

cramps,bloating, irritability..i swear fh thinks i turn into ***** himself during that time. If my hormones get really bad i'll even get migraines! I suffer really bad

I started getting my symptoms yesterday. I got this bad headache and I just wanted to eat BAD stuff. I wanted cheese cake, french fries,....... ok so I had fries at the dinner!
