I got mine from cardsandpockets.com and loved them, but they are DIY. I heard my gatsby, not from a box, smash cards I think. do a search and you'll find a ton of threads on this.

If you don't mind DIY'ing then you can make them for really cheap! I made ours and the actual pockefold itself cost $0.36 each And they are sooooo easy to make! So that's another option if you are trying to save some money.
