Hey all - I got pocketfold invites and just realized that there is no inside envelope. Is that weird?
How do you address the envelopes to let people know their whole family is invited? Do you say The ___ Family? Or Mr. and Mrs. ___ and Family?

i think the pocketfold itself acts as an inside envelope so you don't need one. I would address it as Mr. and Mrs. _____ and Family. i dont know the correct ettiquete tho. hth

More modern invitation styles don't have inner envelopes.
So .... everything goes on that envelope
Mr. and Mrs. John Smith & Family 123 Main Street Anytown, New York 12345

On the inner envelope you are supposed to write out everyone's names and children in birth order. Anyone over the age of 16 gets their own invite. I have the pocketfold as well and mine are black so I got a silver sharpie marker and wrote on the backs as my inner envelope.

I made a label with our monogram using sticker paper, and printed the names Mr. & Mrs. Jones & Family and sealed the pocketfold with the sticker.
I'll post pictures later.

I'm doing a DIY Pocketfold and I didn't order an inside envelopement. I'm going to address the outer to exactly who's invited.
