One of my bridesmaids took her dress back to David's Bridal and she noticed they never took the security tag off. They did not have a machine and were going to attempt to take it off with a scissor (and possibly rip the dress). The girl taking care of my BM kept treating her as if she were a prom girl. Then to make matters worse they found the machine, took the tag off, and made 2 holes in the dress anyway. Someone had put the security tag on the wrong part of the seam, which is why there are two wholes in it. After altering the dress and her spending lots of money to get it done, they told her they cannot repair the holes because THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE DRESS! Meanwhile they were the ones that damaged it in the first place. I'm away now, but boy I can't wait to get home this week and go to the district manager about what has happened

Re: POed at David's Bridal
wow, im so sorry to hear about that. David's Bridal can be so difficult. they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. my opinion they should of given her a new dress. They are the ones that damaged the dress.

Re: POed at David's Bridal
i'm worried about the whole new dress, because the ones we have were ordered a year ago and are no longer on the rack.

Re: POed at David's Bridal
We had A LOT of problems with them last year for my sister's wedding. I would never go there again. They are very unproffesional IMO.

Re: POed at David's Bridal
I am so sorry that you have to deal with this... I am shocked at the way the employees were treating your bridal party.
I have never had any problems with DB's, they have also been professional and cooperative with me.
Maybe they hired a moron (who would attempt to cut a security lock off a dress with a pair of scissors)?
