Can you believe only one man helped that poor woman up from the tracks after someone pushed her. That is unbelieveable, where are people's conscience(sp?) and sense of decency.........how do they sleep at night...........the woman could have died for pete's sake

I heard.... she said in an interview with 1010WINS that she was screaming for help and like 20 people just stood there watching....... thank goodness for that one man or she would have been done for

I was thinking the same thing....how could those people stand there with a clear conscience.....if it was me standing there, if i could not lift her i would do everything in my power to get help!!

Yes, I was fuming yesterday when I read the article. Something like 20 people just standing there while she screamed for help
WTF??
In the Daily News they found the guy who saved her and reunited them, since she wanted to thank him in person.. thank God for her that this sweet decent man came along to help her...

As awful as it was, and thankfully someone did react, I am not surprised by people's lack of response.
There have been studies about situations like this and for some reason a lot of people prefer to look the other way or ignore the situation.

These are the same people who let a pregnant lady stand on the subway...why they sit their lazy a$$es down! That really bugs me...I always give my seat up when I see that...and then I make a really LOUD comment about how rude everyone is.
