Points for Cream of Cauliflower Soup???

Points for Cream of Cauliflower Soup???

My options were very limited at the campus snack bar!! In the WW book it said that one cup of Cream of Mushroom Soup was 3 points and this was a large size - so I gave it 6 points - what do you think? Also - i strongly doubt it was made with FF milk!!

6 points - is that enough??

I think 6 points is fine . . . The Outback soups are 6 points for a bowl, so I think you are safe . . .

If you are worried maybe make it 8 to be on the safe side
