Polaroid Guest book question again

Where did the person take pictures of your guest? Cermony, Reception, Cocktail hour. Also I tried several stores to look for a polaroid camera Where can I get one? Another question did you have a family member do the picture taking or the host of the catering hall. Thanks for your help! Just a little nervous the big day is comming soon
