Re: polaroid guestbook
I am working on mine right now actually (almost done)... I just got a black scrapbook/photoalbum and decorated it myself and bought photo-corners and put them on the pages. There are pics in my Misc. DIY album.

Hey there...erd...I am doing the same thing! Only difference is I was thinking of leaving the photo corners out for people to place...do you think that's crazy?? I think the cost of the ready made albums was insane!

I just put the photo corners in because there are a lot of people coming who like to play helpless (ie FHs family) and they might not be able to figure out how to do it. And I don't want it to be too much work for the guests..just want them to be able to insert the pic, sign and get back to partying
im definitely too lazy to make one.. i love them though~

Re: polaroid guestbook
i had it set up on a table in the reception room....with a little poem in a frame explaining what it was i didn't have anyone man the table and it ended up fine! a huge hit actually! I do reccomend however getting a big photo album or getting crafty and making one of some sort....the one i ordered off theknot.com only had 40 slots (which i thought would be fine) and there are so many extra pics just shoved in the back 'cause they had no where to go!!!! but it's such a nice keepsake to have :) another idea, if u have the extra cash to spend, my cousin rented a photo booth from NYCPhotobooth. it was SO adorable. they set it up in the cocktail hour room, and there is a host that puts all the photostrips in a book for ya. we did the Poloroid 'cause it saved a TON of money & still had the same touch...people loved it

Re: polaroid guestbook
Thanks for the advice ladies! One more question. I'm totally clueless about scrapbooks. I've only seen the scrapbook pages with the plastic over them. How do I get it without? Do I just get regular cardstock and punch the holes in it to attach?

I actually thought about the photobooth, but forgot about it once I saw the price

Can you post the poem you used? I saw one on here once and I thought I saved it but now I can't find it anywhere!
