pole dancing

so I went last night with a group of friends and OMG my body is killing me!!! We had a blast ....I highly recommend it! We are all signing up for classes to get our a$$es in shape for my big day!

and if you go for a bparty do NOT plan on going out directly after the class... you will be a sweaty mess!! 5 minutes into class we were all sweating like pigs! LOL

you should totally do it for your bparty! We weren't allowed to wear the shoes but when you sign up for the classes it is a requirement to wear the stripper shoes because it is safer for your knees when you are doing all the squatting... luckily I have myself a pair already...

we went here....the teacher is so great...we wound up hanging out with her for like an hour after the class...she is so nice!! And the moves on her!!! WOW
