Pole Dancing

Anyone interested in joining a beginners pole dancing class with me? Its Wednesdays at 6 :) let me know and I'll FM ya more details.

And obviously this is for work out purposes teehee!

I did one with my friend and those classes are nuts!!! They are so much fun but the next day muscles I never knew I had hurt! Lol It's a great work out!

I did this for my bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast!! I workout regularly but i was SOOO sore the next day!

Pole Dancing is so much fun!! some friends and I do it for fun everytime we go out to the bar haha I am now able to go upside down!.. still trying to learn other stuff tho..where is the class?

Well where in Nassau are you girls? I know my cousins might be coming and they're all the way in Valley Stream but it only takes them 40 mins to get there... I know that's still a drive but the class isn't out in like montauk lol!
