police officer suggestions?

i think we will be doing the bag pipers.
another bride on here - had an nypd garter made. i still have the info from her fm if you want it.

My FH is an NYPD officer and I was thinking of having the NYPD garter made, and surprising him with it at the reception when he goes to pull it off

I would do the bagpipers but he is Latino and Im not sure how well it will all mix with the other music were playing.

What about incorporating the favors somehow with a police related theme?

The NYPD garter is a great idea!! I don't think I'm going to do that whole bo-k toss, but he'll definitely get a peek at it

I'm going to do a replica of the police patch as the groom's cake. I always wanted the bag pipers to play at my wedding, but FH is 100% italian. Plus, I have been to a few weddings and it takes up alot of time, unless you just have it for the ceremony.

My cousin married someone who is 100% Italian. They had bag pipers outside the church and a full bag pipes and drums band play 3 songs at the reception. It was great.

My FH is a mutt and I'm all Irish. My cousin is playing the bag pipes outside church at a few songs at the reception.
