As in my previous post I hate the one that was ordered. If i cannot get my money back I would like to wear my sister's it beautiful but it needs to be cleaned. any ideas on how i can do that? TIA

Is it sterling, silverplate? You could get silver polish and polish it or a silversmith could polish it professionally. I think you could look up silversmith's online or in the yellow pages. Any jeweler or antiques place may also be able to recommend someone. Good luck.
