There was one at Oheka last night and it was kinda cool.....He went to the little tables and did 2 or 3 quick tricks then moved on...he was GOOD too!

i think its a cute idea.....but seems like at most CH ppl are moving around getting food and talking to ppl...i just dont think many ppl would wanna stop and watch and miss out on all the goodies and open bar!

I dont think its appropriate. I say just play light music during the CH because most likely all your relatives will be talking to one another and catching up on life..that they wont be paying attention to the magician..JMO

I went to a wedding where they had a magician and he was really entertaining and he was a big hit. They had him during reception after dinner.

i think i was at a wedding where there was a magician. I honestly cant remember if it was a wedding or some other event. It's different. It would definitely keep those that are sitting at the table entertained.
