I think just one set is elegant, but I have seen more than one and that looks fine too!

One is more elegant in my opinion. But, if you do more than one, I'd suggest something small, like a diamond stud for the others.

i have two holes - a bonding thing from back in college with my roommate who didnt't wan to d ti alone - i ahven't decided yet whaty to do really but my fh bought me diamond studs to match my ring (princess cut) for christmas so i will see but probably will wear two...(since my fh spend all the $$ for them and all!)
