poll about velvet

Sorry I reposted this from NWR but I haevnt seen any action on that board...and my sister needed some advice


My sister has a wedding on saturday night....she has this velvet outfit she loves....can she wear velvet in october? I wasnt sure...Its a off teh shoulder 3/4 sleeve...wtih a skirt that is to the ground and flares on the bottom...it looks one peice....its beautiful...thansk for helping..the wedding is upstate....

I answered your poll and while at first I would say yes, I don't think it's appropriate for early Oct.

Late Oct is a different story.. I mean, it's going to be 70 something degrees this weekend.
